WooCommerce Purchase Order (PO System)

WooCommerce Purchase Order (WooPO) plugin will assist you in managing your Vendor Purchase Order management, you can see Low Stock, Zero level stocks and quickly mark this and generate PO right away with few clicks. Generate PO PDF, Option to send PO Email to Vendor from backend.

Plug-in also helps in knowing previous Purchase Vendor names and previous Rate history to help you know at what price this was purchased previously.

After PO is generated you can make Goods Receipt entry (Purchase Entry)

WC Stock Update WooPO has an option to update the WooCommerce stock upon making Goods Receipt/Purchase Entry this will automatically update the respective stock quantity for a Product.

PO Reports WooPO also offers various reports like PO List, Pending PO, Overdue PO Stock Report with the ability to generate PO right from there.

Custom PO Fields You can easily customize the PO with Custom fields, you can create up to 10 Custom fields for PO header, PO Item Details and for PO Footer level details.

If you have the COG plugin installed you also have an option to pick up COG Rate as your Purchase Rate, please note that this might not work in all cases as this depends on other 3rd party plugin settings and may need some code changes to make this work, we don’t guarantee that this will work with all 3rd party COG plugins by default

By default plugin supports the English language and only works with WordPress Single Site Setup, Multi-Site, Multi-Currency not supported by default and will require additional customization.

Note:
Currently, this plugin does not support WooCommerce HPOS compatibility however please note that the Plugin works with all the latest WordPress, and WooCommerce versions
